Allen Crosswell is Co-Founder and Co-Manager of C2R Secured Funding LP and C2R Capital Management, LLC.
In Addition, Allen H. Crosswell serves as Managing Principal of NewQuest Crosswell (NQC) and Partner of NewQuest Properties. NQC is a national commercial real estate firm active in small shopping center development, single-tenant development, land acquisition, and development. Additionally, NQC operates a $100 million lending platform. NewQuest Properties is a national tenant anchored shopping center development company with a portfolio exceeding $1.4 billion in assets. NewQuest Properties has all aspects of the development process under one roof, including acquisition, design, legal, leasing, construction development, and property management. NewQuest currently employs more than 100 team members.
Before merging with NewQuest Properties in 2013, Crosswell was Managing Principal of TGB Crosswell, Crosswell Greenwood Commercial Development, Crosswell Torian Commercial Properties, and Crosswell Properties. These operating entities date back to 1993, when Allen left his appraisal and valuation job at Lewis Realty Advisors. While working for these entities, Allen developed 3 million SF of retail, 50 single-tenant build-to-suit projects. Additionally, he purchased, developed, and sold $300 million of land.
Crosswell is a 5th generation Houstonian with a long family history of politics and philanthropy. Crosswell holds a BA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Mississippi, where he remains very active, including serving on multiple boards. In addition, Allen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), St. Martins Episcopal Church, and various philanthropic boards. He is a past President of Post Oak Little League and a past member of the Board of Directors of Houston Country Club.

Brady Crosswell is Co-Founder and Co-Manager of C2R Secured Funding, LP and C2R Capital Management, LLC.
Previously, Brady served as Founder and Managing Partner of Grey Fox Secured Funding, LP, a specialty finance non-bank lender, focused on alternative asset collateral loans. The fund completed over 70 loans worth over $70 million while achieving an average annual return of 14.93% over seven years.
Before launching Grey Fox, Brady was the Founder and Manager of Grey Rock Resources LLC and Grey Rock Gathering and Marketing LLC. Grey Rock owned marine terminals and marketed crude oil and related products. Before Grey Rock, Brady was Founder and Manager of Cierra Marine LP and Crescent Terminals LLC, which owned and operated marine barges and a gulf coast terminal.
For over ten years, Brady was a Founding Member and Operating Partner of a public equity hedge fund, CrossCap Management Inc. Before that, Brady served as an analyst for the asset manager, Pin Oak Investments. Crosswell began his financial analyst career at Robert C. Wilson Company, a real estate mortgage origination and portfolio maintenance firm.
Brady graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Darryl T. Robinson is Co-Founder and Co-Manager of C2R Secured Funding LP and C2R Capital Management, LLC. In Addition, Darryl currently serves as Principal of NewQuest Crosswell (NQC) and President of NewQuest Crosswell Development Group. Mr. Robinson directs all aspects of operations, emphasizing new business and strategy execution. In addition, he oversees origination, underwriting, capital structure development, fundraising, and client relations.
Before his current roles, Darryl served as Co-Founder and President of a Houston-based retail development firm focused on single-tenant build-to-suit projects, Trillium Group. Before joining Trillium, Darryl worked as Co-Founder and President of Oak Hill Advisors, a South Florida principal investment and advisory service firm specializing in value-oriented real estate acquisitions.
With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investing across all major property types and structured finance sectors, Mr. Robinson has participated in over $2.5 billion of debt, equity, and real estate transactions.
Darryl received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama, specializing in Real Estate Finance.
Mr. Robinson actively participates in numerous community organizations and philanthropic causes. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Young Life of Houston and the Orange Bowl Committee.

Mac Helms serves as Vice President of Development and Fund Analyst for C2R Capital Management.
Previously, Mac worked as a Senior Development Associate at Houston-based McCord Development. He oversaw mixed-use development projects for one of the world's largest privately-owned commercial developments, Generation Park. Before joining McCord Development, Mac worked as an Associate at Dallas-based Hunt Properties. While at Hunt Properties, Mac served on a three-person development team that completed 11 ground-up and redevelopment projects across Oklahoma and Texas, delivering 600K SF of new commercial space capitalized at $86M.
While living in Atlanta, GA, Mac started, grew, and successfully sold a multi-state restaurant and food truck business, Tex's Tacos. He hired and managed over 65 employees during this venture.
Mac graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance and the SMU Cox School of Business with an MBA in Finance & Strategy.
